Refunds & Returns

 

  • All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted. The cost of the return shipment will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Goods being returned, whether defective or not, require a Return Authority (RA). Obtain an RA Number by contacting G A M Enterprises at Sales@gamenterprises.com.au 
  • All returned item/s will be inspected and if found faulty will be replaced where possible or a refund will be given. Where an item is returned as defective and found not to be faulty, an inspection fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is higher) will be incurred and the item will be shipped back at the buyer’s expense. Where a non-defective item is being returned for a refund, it must be in the original condition and the packaging undamaged otherwise we will not accept the item for a full refund. In this case a re-stocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund. Please note shipping and handling fees incurred are non-refundable.
